Terms of Service

1. Who we are. Verbally is a service operated by Katzir Marketing B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands (KvK number 42033872). By installing or using the Verbally extension you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Verbally.

2. The service. Verbally is a browser extension that reads web pages aloud in their original language and displays machine-translated captions, plus tools for saving words and practising them. Translations and quiz questions are generated automatically by AI and may contain errors. Verbally is a language-learning aid — it is not a substitute for professional translation, and you should not rely on it for legal, medical, financial, or other critical purposes.

3. Accounts. You need a Google account to sign in. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account is for one person.

4. Subscription and billing. Verbally is a paid subscription costing $4.99 USD per month. When you subscribe you provide a payment card and start a 24-hour free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins and your card is charged $4.99. The subscription then renews automatically each month until you cancel. Billing is handled by Stripe.

5. Cancellation. You can cancel at any time through the subscription-management portal, reachable from the extension ("Manage subscription"). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then, and you are not charged again.

6. Refunds. The 24-hour free trial is your opportunity to evaluate Verbally before you are charged. We do not provide refunds for a billing period that has already started; instead, you can cancel at any time to stop all future charges. If you believe you were charged in error, email info.verbally@gmail.com and we will look into it.

7. Acceptable use. You agree not to: misuse or attempt to disrupt the service; circumvent usage limits; reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the extension; use Verbally for any unlawful purpose; or share your account.

8. Intellectual property. The Verbally extension, name, logo, and website are owned by Katzir Marketing B.V. Verbally reads and translates third-party web pages; we do not own and are not responsible for the content of those pages.

9. Service "as is". Verbally is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that translations will be accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Katzir Marketing B.V. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Verbally. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under Dutch or EU law.

10. Termination. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using Verbally at any time by cancelling your subscription and uninstalling the extension.

11. Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
